Payment is considered as an agreement of my terms & conditions.

Clients must have the ability to pay on North American Data Centers.

There is a 50% non-refundable deposit due before work begins. If a client would like to pay using a retainer, a tax will be added to match the cost of the market board fees.

You may have up to 3 revisions. Be thorough when providing feedback. Additional revisions will cost 1 mil each. I will communicate with you through the process, so you know if you are going to go over your allotted revisions. There will be no hidden charges.

I only accept commissions for premium carrd accounts. Please make sure you have an active premium account. Pro Standard accounts do not have any custom coding features. If you would like to have custom features such as Pricing Tables, Accordion Menues, etc you will need to upgrade to Pro Plus. Assets need to be given to me ASAP. Things I typically use are: Logos, pictures of the venue, art, or character I am designing for, photos of staff, text including an intro statement, about, staff bios, RP Info, Menus, etc. Make sure all assets are good quality/high resolution and don't need a lot of editing to make work. If assets are not handed over in a timely manner, I will use place holders and you will be responsible for inputting your own images/copy.

If you need a logo, custom icons, photos of staff or venues, etc they can be purchased from me separately. Check out Logo & Branding.

I will only use royalty free images/stock. If you want premium assets a license will need to be purchased by you.

Depending on the commission, the time frame might be anywhere from a few days up to 2 weeks. I will stay in contact with you about the status of your project.

I retain the right to terminate work in the rare case that something is not working out.

Each of my designs will have a link to my page at the bottom that must stay there. If you would like a website without my link there will be a 2 mil gil fee.
