Work Flow
1. Consultation
I want to hear everything about you and what you need from me! I will send out a survey. Do you have any inspo? The more details the better.
2. Agreement
After consultation, I will give you a casual proposal and start date. Upon agreement I will need to receive a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin work.
3. Development
During this phase I will begin to develop the bare bones of your web site. I may require content and information from you to fill out your website.
4. Feedback
After I will send you the website to review. Feel free to provide me with constructive feedback. You are allotted 3 free revisions.
5. Adjustments
I will make any adjustments we need based off your feedback. If additional revisions are needed they will be 1 MIL each.
6. Party Time!
Once I receive final approval, final payment will be due. After payment, I will transfer the website to your Carrd Pro account! Congrats!
Silver
This package is for people who have smaller projects and may not need a large website with tons of pages.

Terms & Conditions
Payment is considered as an agreement of my terms & conditions.
Clients must have the ability to pay on North American Data Centers.
There is a 50% non-refundable deposit due before work begins.
You may have up to 3 revisions. Be thorough when providing feedback. Additional revisions will cost 1 mil each. I will communicate with you through the process, so you know if you are going to go over your allotted revisions. There will be no hidden charges.
I only accept commissions for premium carrd accounts. Please make sure you have an active premium account. Pro Standard accounts do not have any custom coding features. If you would like to have custom features such as Pricing Tables, Accordion Menues, etc you will need to upgrade to Pro Plus. Assets need to be given to me ASAP. Things I typically use are: Logos, pictures of the venue, art, or character I am designing for, photos of staff, text including an intro statement, about, staff bios, RP Info, Menus, etc. Make sure all assets are good quality/high resolution and don't need a lot of editing to make work. If assets are not handed over in a timely manner, I will use place holders and you will be responsible for inputting your own images/copy.
If you need a logo, custom icons, photos of staff or venues, etc they can be purchased from me separately.
I will only use royalty free images/stock. If you want premium assets a license will need to be purchased by you.
Depending on the commission, the time frame might be anywhere from a few days up to 2 weeks. I will stay in contact with you about the status of your project.
I retain the right to terminate work in the rare case that something is not working out.
Each of my designs will have a link to my page at the bottom that must stay there. If you would like a website without my link there will be a 2 mil gil fee.
The pricing packages above are base package estimates. Every client's needs will be evaluated individually.
